All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS
& Delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order
COFFEE ORDERS: FREE SHIPPING ON ALL USA ORDERS
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA ARE SUBJECT TO USPS INTERNATIONAL RATES
We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped.
NON-COFFEE ORDERS: Shipping will be charged as determined at the time of sale. You will see the nominal fee added to the total cost of the sale.
We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any express shipping where applicable is not refunded. Express shipping is Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and other overnight or express shipping services that may have been requested by you. Ground shipping is not refunded unless our shipping department was at fault and your order arrived damaged.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
If the quality of your coffee or merchandise does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us at: email@example.com and we will do what we can to make this right for you.
If a refund is deemed necessary we will do our best attempt to give a full refund within 72 hours. When it actually appears in your account depends on your banking agency and their restrictions on processing refunds.
